Meanwhile, Joe Duvall (91) had to hurry back to the track after returning home to survey damage from a flurry of Oklahoma tornadoes that passed over his house the previous night. After getting caught up in a pile-up earlier in this heat race, his race car looked like it had been through a twister.

Sorensen crowned 2022 Summit USMTS National Champion

Dustin Sorensen captured the 2022 Summit USMTS National Championship presented by RacinDirt. The 21-year-old is the youngest champion since Ryan Gustin in 2011.
