Champ Pans to dole out awards to USMTS racers again in 2024

Champ Pans will reward Summit USMTS National Championship competitors again in 2024.

As part of their commitment to USMTS competitors, Champ Pans will provide product certificates to the fifth-place finisher at all USMTS main events, top 15 in final points and top five in the final Grant Junghans USMTS Rookie of the Year points.

As they have each year since coming on board to support USMTS racers in 2013, Champ Pans will also pad the year-end points fund too.

"It's a quality product with great people and service," said five-time USMTS National Champion Rodney Sanders.

About Champ Pans
In 1982, Jerry Redetzke started Champ Pans by JR Manufacturing in Eau Claire, Wis., out of a 10-by-20-foot workspace. For the first six months, sales reached a modest 30 oil pans. Within the next 12 months, Redetzke had built and sold more than 300.

Racers wanted high-quality oil pans at a reasonable price and Redetzke delivered. As demand increased, so did the selection of oil pans and other high-performance products.

Today Champ Pans offers a large range of high-performance products ranging from oil pans to chassis brackets. Many of our products are stocked and ready to be shipped the same day.

Champ Pans is family-owned and managed by all three of Jerry Redetzke's children. His two sons followed in his footsteps and became dirt track racers. The many laps turned in by members of the Redetzke family of racers have not only led to victories and prestigious awards, but valuable information we use to make the best oil pans in the business. The information is used to make modifications to current oil pans and to develop new oil pan models.

All of our products are designed and manufactured in-house so we can control the quality from the raw materials to the finished product. Our manufacturing process focuses on the overall quality of our products.

Our oil pans are designed to deliver maximum performance for each specific application. That is why we manufacture over 1,000 different models. Each pan is specifically designed for the engine, the car, and other uses. Our oil pans are fitted on blocks or heads throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they easily install on their application. We use 16-gauge cold-rolled steel because it is less likely to fatigue and will withstand the tough conditions that you put your engine through. In addition, we apply a clear zinc coating that is anti-corrosive to all of our steel oil pans to give your pan a great lasting finish. For our aluminum oil pans, we use 0.1-inch because it is more durable and less likely to fatigue.

Champ Pans manufactures over 1,000 products from oil pans to chassis brackets. We offer products for use in circle track, street, strip, off-road, road race and marine. Our products are specifically engineered to make your engine run the best it possibly can.
