The January 2012 issue of Dirt Modified Magazine has been released, and features a ton of news, information and photos about some of the premier USMTS drivers and events.

The 13th Annual Featherlite Fall Jamboree is covered with a story about Missouri’s Terry Phillips picking up the final piece in his Jamboree puzzle as the veteran captures the Saturday night finale (pg. 14).

Todd Narveson’s ‘USMTS Fall Jamboree Notebook’ is also inside the new issue as the legendary Deer Creek Speedway announcer gives his observations from this year’s event as Dustin Scott closed out his season in impressive fashion, Brad Waits and Jason Cummins showcase the home field advantage and ‘The Reaper’ Ryan Gustin is crowned 2011 USMTS National Champion (pg. 19).

The 2011 Dirt Modified Magazine Champions Issue also features the magazine’s inaugural tribute to the Modified champions across the country, including Ryan Gustin (pg. 53) and several other USMTS regulars who captured titles in other series too.

The January 2012 issue of Dirt Modified Magazine wiil begin to arrive in mailboxes next week and will be available at the USMTS souvenir trailer during the 3rd Annual USMTS Spring Nationals, Feb. 16-18, at the Royal Purple Raceway in Baytown, Texas.
