WACO, Texas -- The races for this Friday and Saturday, March 9-10, at the Heart O' Texas Speedway and Cowtown Speedway have been postponed.

The shows scheduled for May 10 and May 12 at those same two tracks, respectively, will now be $4,000-to-win USMTS National Championship Series events.

A $2,000-to-win USMTS Casey’s Cup event at the RPM Speedway in Crandall, Texas, on May 11 will make for a $10,000-to-win weekend for America’s Best of the Best Modified Drivers on Dirt.

Up next for the USMTS road warriors is a pair of USMTS Casey’s Cup clashes at the Humboldt Speedway in Humboldt, Kan., next Friday and Saturday, March 16-17.

The pair of $2,000-to-win contests are expected to draw a lot of added interest as the track will host the $15,000-to-win King of America II Modified Nationals less than two weeks later, March 28-31.

Sandwiched between the Humboldt events will be two USMTS Casey’s Cup clashes at the LA Raceway in La Monte, Mo., on Friday, March 23, and the I-35 Speedway in Winston, Mo., on Saturday, March 24.

In all, USMTS March Madness will see nearly $200,000 in purses being doled out to drivers, including a possible $23,000 to win for one wheelman that can win ‘em all.
