Jackson Speedway added to Hunt for the USMTS Casey’s Cup schedule

JACKSON, Minn. -- After a ten-day break, the drivers competing in the Hunt for the USMTS Casey’s Cup will suit up and fire up their engines for another five-race, five-track trek across Southern Minnesota to finish off August and usher in the month of September.

The swing begins Wednesday, Aug. 29, at the Fairmont Raceway in Fairmont, Minn., and then heads to the Jackson Speedway in Jackson, Minn., for a newly-added event on Thursday, Aug. 30.

Fairmont promoter Gary Jacobsen and Jackson’s Jon McCorkell have teamed up to offer fans a special $25 ticket to attend both shows. Tickets can be purchased this Friday, Aug. 24, at Fairmont or Saturday, Aug. 25, at Jackson during the regular weekly events. Fans may also get the two-day pass Aug. 29 when the USMTS is in town, or email fairmontraceway@yahoo.com to order your ticket today.

As part of this blockbuster doubleheader, the Iron Man Challenge featuring USRA Stock Cars and USRA B-Mods will compete both nights with Stock Cars racing for $1,000 to win and B-Mods for $700 to win.
