KANSAS CITY, Mo.—The United States Modified Touring Series will celebrate the Best of the Best in open-wheel dirt modified racing at this year’s USMTS Awards Banquet on Friday, Jan. 31, at Harrah’s Casino and Hotel in North Kansas City, Mo.

The deadline for ordering tickets is Friday, Jan. 24. Tickets will not be available at the door.

Tickets are $40 per person and include a premier dinner which includes your choice of a stuffed pork loin in mushroom sauce or baked chicken breast, plus side salad, vegetable, dinner roll and dessert. A cash bar will also be available.

Rodney Sanders of Happy, Texas, who captured his first USMTS National Championship in 2013, will be honored at the ceremony, along with USMTS Rookie of the Year Trevor Hunt and regional champions Jeremy Payne, Johnny Scott, Stormy Scott, plus several others.

Sharing the spotlight with the United States Racing Association, drivers and teams competing in the USRA Weekly Racing Series and USRA Iron Man Challenge will also be honored.

Attendance at the awards banquet is open to drivers, fans, media and sponsors. Business casual attire is required (no jeans).
