RL Promotions to operate Bloomfield Speedway in 2006
<B>BLOOMFIELD, Iowa --</B> The Davis County Fairboard met on Wednesday night, Oct. 19, and have awarded the promotions contract at the Bloomfield Speedway to RL Promotions, LLC, and the husband and wife team of Todd and Janet Staley from Webster City.
According to Todd Staley, plans for the 2006 racing season at Bloomfield will kick off with the O’Reilly Auto Parts United States Modified Touring Series invading the 3/8-mile speedway on Friday night, March 31. Weekly racing will kick off on Friday, April 14, with USRA Modifieds, USRA Stock Cars, USRA Hobby Stocks, USRA B-Mods and Hornets on the menu each Friday night.
