<B>OSKALOOSA, Iowa —</B> What goes up, must come down, or so the saying goes. This hasn’t been the case with gas prices recently, but motorists in and around the Oskaloosa area were given a rare treat Wednesday when they saw gas prices drop near the $2-a-gallon level. In fact, according to the Web site gasbuddy.com, gas prices in Oskaloosa dipped below $2 a gallon Wednesday ... there is good reason to believe prices here will be lower than many other parts of the nation.
