USMTS will make return visit to the Scotland County Fairgrounds August 3rd
MEMPHIS, Mo. (July 22, 2002) - The USMTS will make its final appearance of the season to the Memphis, MO racetrack on Saturday August 3rd. In its first appearance of the season Scott Megonigle raced side by side with Bruce Hanford and Bret Frieden to pick up his first ever USMTS win.
Fifty-four cars checked in for the racing action on the first visit of the season.
Another strong field of cars is expected for this race as the season is winding down.
Gates will open at 4pm with hot laps scheduled for 6:30 and racing to follow. In what has been one of the toughest seasons ever as twenty different drivers have picked up wins this season in USMTS racing action.
This race should be no different as al the local drivers fare very well at this racetrack.
