2009 National Speedway Directory available soon


COMSTOCK PARK, Mich. - The 2009 edition of the National Speedway Directory is at the printers and will soon be available.

It will list a total of 1,395 auto racing facilities, and is the most comprehensive listing of active tracks in the United States and Canada available anywhere.

The book lists detailed information on 1,029 oval tracks, 336 dragstrips and 104 road courses.

The phone numbers, addresses, exact directions, nights of operation and type of racing are included in this handy 608-page paper-back book.

Listings for 327 sanctions, 85 racing publications, and 65 racing related museums, pushes the total to over 1,800 listings in the directory.

The 2009 schedules for 250 circuits are also included.

The new edition is essential in planning vacations and race outings in advance.

The price for one copy is $14.00 (includes first class postage and handling) or two copies for $24.50 (sent via priority mail).
