Activities Director added to Deer Creek Speedway staff
Deer Creek Speedway and the Queensland Family would like to announce Jeff Olson as the new Activities Director for the facility.
Olson is currently enrolled in Sports Management at Mankato State University and will be heading all of the activities associated with the fans and sponsors throughout each race night.
As Deer Creek Speedway and Button Buck Speedway continue to grow in size, and the amount of activities going on at the facility increase, the additional help will allow the facility to continue to improve its image and coordination of the activities.
Olson's duties will include coordinating hospitality areas, parades, mascots, driver/car appearances and local events, plus work with in-store sponsor promotions and help the nightly sponsors and announcers with their giveaways and programs each night.
We are excited to bring Mr. Olson on board with Deer Creek Speedway during the 2009 racing season and look forward to improving our activities with our sponsors, drivers and fans.
