MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Officials from the United States Modified Touring Series announced today that Racing Head Service (RHS) has signed on as a contingency sponsor for both the USMTS Casey’s General Stores National Tour and USMTS Castle Rock Recruiting Southern Series during the 2010  season.
