Help Wanted: Technical Director


The United States Modified Touring Series is currently seeking a full-time Technical Director to be a part of America's premier dirt modified racing organization.

The Technical Director will oversee all technical inspections, including interpretation and enforcement of rules at each USMTS-sanctioned event, as well as play an integral part in the formulation of rules and future changes.

Qualified candidates for the Technical Director position must possess a background in dirt track auto racing, have a working knowledge of racecar construction and be available for extensive travel.

The Technical Director will also serve in the same capacity for the United States Racing Association, which may include training of technical inspectors at USRA-sanctioned racetracks.

In addition to a salary commensurate with experience, benefits include a company car and cel phone, paid travel expenses and an employee health care plan.
